BA Travel – Policies & Terms

Consultation Fee

BA Travel requires a one-time, non-refundable consultation fee of $15 for first-time clients. This fee is due prior to the initial consultation and secures your personalized travel planning session. The consultation fee covers research, itinerary planning, and professional travel expertise.

Returning clients are not subject to the initial consultation fee unless otherwise stated.


Booking Changes & Research Policy

Each client is allowed one (1) complimentary major change to their travel request after the initial research has begun.

A major change includes, but is not limited to:

  • Destination changes
  • Date changes that significantly alter pricing or availability
  • Budget changes requiring a full rework
  • Switching trip type (e.g., cruise to all-inclusive resort)

After the one free major change, each additional major change will incur a $5 research fee, as it requires restarting the planning process.

Minor adjustments (such as room preferences or small tweaks that do not require restarting research) are not subject to this fee.


Host Agency Disclosure

BA Travel operates under the host agency Fora. All bookings are completed through trusted suppliers and platforms supported by Fora.


Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

  • BA Travel does not store or retain any personal or financial information
  • All sensitive information, including payment details, is used only for booking purposes
  • All personal and financial data is deleted immediately after your booking is completed

We adhere to strict confidentiality standards to ensure your information remains secure at all times.
